Handling and access

Registration evidence is intended for private encrypted storage and authorized reviewers only. It must not be placed in defect reports, chat messages, screenshots, or shared drives unless specifically authorized and protected.

Retention and rights

Test records should be retained only for the approved testing and evidence period, subject to incident, legal-hold, and regulatory needs. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or privacy incidents should be directed to enotaryo@mymunus.com while the final privacy contact and procedures are being approved.
